Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “implementasi peraturan daerah nomor 2 tahun 2014 tentang pemberian air susu ibu eksklusif (studi di dinas kesehatan kota palembang)”. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi peraturan daerah nomor 2 tahun 2014 tentang pemberian air susu ibu eksklusif di dinas kesehatan kota palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, tidak hanya menggambarkan data- data semata, tetapi dapat mendefinisikan dan mendeskripsikan hal- hal yang terjadi dalam implementasi peraturan daerah nomor 2 tahun 2014 tentang pemberian air susu ibu eksklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori yang dikemukakan oleh george c. Edward iii yang meliputi komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan implementasi peraturan daerah nomor 2 tahun 2014 tentang pemberian air susu ibu eksklusif belum berjalan baik masih ada kurangnya sosialisasi maupun komunikasi.
