Abstract
Petaling Health Center which has been actively carrying out Prolanis activities, but the average ratio of visits of Prolanis participants is below 50%. This explains that more than half of the participants did not participate in Prolanis activities. In 2018 the visit ratio is very volatile, Prolanis visits of 26 people every month during January to March 2018 with an average percentage of visits reached 24.19%. This study aims to analyze in depth about the management system of the PROLANIS (Chronic Disease Management) program in the working area of Petaling Health Center, Banyuasin Regency. This research includes descriptive research with qualitative methods. Information collected through in-depth interviews with 8 informants. As well as observation and study of documents. Analysis of the data used is through triangulation of sources, methods and data then processed described based on the results of coding. from the results of research for human resources there is no recruitment planning and analysis so that only as long as there is no wonder the results obtained are not satisfactory. And there are some obstacles in the implementation of prolanis such as related to the tasks carried out solely by the person in charge of the Prolanis program and the absence of implementing doctors as well as the absence of organizational structure, in the implementation of the program of the six programs there is only one program, namely club activities such as gymnastics so that there is no output in the prolanis program at the Petaling Community Health Center. The conclusion of this study is that the program has not been carried out in accordance with the Prolanis Guidelines book and the coordination has not been maximized both internally and externally so that there are no clear targets and objectives regarding the program. His advice is to improve planning and coordination of each party involved.
