Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil biji kedelai varietas biji besar dengan penyemprotan Giberelin (GA3) dan pemupukan N. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan September 2011 sampai Januari 2012 di Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama pemupukan N dengan 3 taraf perlakuan yaitu N1 (50% dosis standart), N2 (100% dosis standart), dan N3 (150% dosis standart), sedangkan faktor kedua penyemprotan GA3 150 ppm dengan 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu GO (tanpa penyemprotan GA3), G1 (penyemprotan GA3 2 MST), G2 (penyemprotan GA3 3 MST), G3 (penyemprotan GA3 2 dan 3 MST). Hasil penelitian ini penyemprotan GA3 berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah bunga R5, jumlah cabang, berat berangkasan, jumlah biji, jumlah polong, persentase polong isi, dan berat biji. GA3 mampu meningkatkan hasil biji hingga 25,03%.
