Abstract

Twitter merupakan salah satu platform sosial media yang paling banyak penggunanya di Indonesia. Hal itu disebabkan karena Twitter menjadi media penyampaian opini yang luas dan disenangi oleh anak muda. Topik yang sering menjadi bahasan salah satunya adalah program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM). Sejak berjalannya program ini, muncul banyak pro dan kontra dari masyarakat, terutama di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap data tweet dengan topik program MBKM. Data yang digunakan dalam pengujian dan analisis dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 600 dengan perincian 200 data positif, 250 data negatif, dan 150 data netral. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode analisis VADER. Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan rata-rata nilai akurasi terbaik sebesar 56%, presisi sebesar 55%, recall sebesar 55%, dan f-measure sebesar 53%.
