Abstract
The research was conducted at Phytopathology Laboratory Department of Plant Pest and Disease Faculty of Agriculture Sriwijaya University Indralaya Ogan Ilir South Sumatra. implementation begins in August 2017 to November 2017. This research aims to determine the effect of antagonistic bacteria on the Rigidoporus lignosus fungus in-vitro. This experiment used a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 9 treatments and 4 replicates, 1 positive control (no treatment), 1 negative control (fungicide) and 7 antagonistic bacteria with A-G isolate codes with genus Bacillus sp. Bacterium isolate A-D is Muchriandi kokos collection (2017) while E-G isolate with genus Pseudomonas is a collection of Prof. Nurhayati (2017) The results showed that the treatment with negative control gave the best result, but the isolate bacteria E, F and G have the potential to control the fungus Rigidoporus lignosus with the percentage of isolate isolate E 57.32%, F isolate 57,85% and isolate G 57.32%.
