Abstract

PT Mulia Pasific Resources merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri pertambangan nikel laterit sejak tahun 2011 yang memiliki lokasi penambangan di Desa Ganda-ganda, Kecamatan Petasia, Kabupaten Morowali Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan memiliki 3 pit yaitu pit Bravo,Charlie dan Delta. Untuk pit Delta sendiri sudah dilakukan kegiatan penambangan oleh sebab itu rekonsiliasi pasca penambangan perlu dilakukan di Pit ini. Perbedaan antara rancangan penambangan (mine plan design) dengan hasil aktual penambangan yang terjadi di Pit Delta menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian ini. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu pengolahan data hasil eksplorasi (assay, collar, dan survey), data hasil pengamatan di lapangan dan data total produksi Pit Delta. Data hasil eksplorasi diolah menggunakan software Geovia Surpac 6.6.2 yang kemudian dilakukan estimasi sumberdaya endapan nikel laterit dengan metode inverse distance weight. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengestimasikan total sumberdaya dan menghitung perbandingan tonnase dan grade bijih nikel antara rancangan penambangan (mine plan design) dengan aktual penambangan. Hasil estimasi yang didapatkan digunakan sebagai analisis rekonsiliasi pasca penambangan. Hasil perhitungan estimasi total sumberdaya sebelum penambangan didapatkan volume sebesar 298.085,94 m3, tonnase 432.233,61 ton, dan grade rata-rata Ni sebesar 1.43 % dan estimasi pasca penambangan didapatkan hasil estimasi dengan volume 160.273,44 m3, tonnase 232.396,48 ton, dan grade rata-rata Ni sebesar 1.41 %. Klasifikasi sumberdaya diklasifikasikan berdasarkan relative kriging standard deviation dan didapatkan bahwa sumberdaya ini termasuk kedalam sumberdaya terukur. Hasil rekonsiliasi penambangan mendapatkan nilai mining recovery sebesar 102 %, grade recovery sebesar 94 %, dan dilusi 6 %. Untuk penambangan kedepannya dapat lebih menyesuaikan dengan rancangan penambangan yang sudah dibuat sehingga tidak terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan. PT Mulia Pacific Resources is a company engaged in the laterite nickel mining industry since 2011 which has a mining location in Ganda-ganda Village, Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province and has 3 pits namely Bravo, Charlie and Delta pits. For the Delta pit itself, mining activities have been carried out, therefore post-mining reconciliation needs to be carried out in this pit. The difference between the mining plan (mine plan design) and the actual results of mining that occurred in the Delta Pit became the background for conducting this research. The method used is the processing of data from exploration results (assay, collar, and survey), data from observations in the field and total production data for Pit Delta. Exploration data was processed using Geovia Surpac 6.6.2 software, which then estimated laterite nickel deposit resources using the inverse distance weight method. This study aims to estimate the total resource and calculate the ratio of tonnage and grade of nickel ore between mine plan design and actual mining. The estimation results obtained are used as a post-mining reconciliation analysis. The results of calculating the estimated total resource before mining obtained a volume of 298,085.94 m3, tonnage of 432,233.61 tons, and an average grade of Ni of 1.43% and post-mining estimates obtained estimates with a volume of 160,273.44 m3, tonnage of 232,396.48 tons, and the average grade of Ni is 1.41%. The classification of resources is classified based on the relative kriging standard deviation and it is found that these resources are included in the measured resources. The mining reconciliation results obtained a mining recovery value of 102%, grade recovery of 94%, and dilution of 6%. For future mining, it can better adapt to the mining design that has been made so that there are no significant differences.
