Abstract

This study aims to examine the lowest level of SME Financing. This research was conducted in Sarolangun Regency of Jambi Province, with sample of 15 business units from total population of 150 business units. Method of data collection is survey method wit11 random sample technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative descriptive and descriptive statistics. The results of this study are the highest average rate of SME Financing in Sarolangun Regency resulting from added value and medium cost of 0.20. Calculate which shows an efficiency level of less than I that no Islamic financing business has yet to be efficient. This is due to the lack of optimal utilization of sharia capital financing besides the capital that is often misused for their consumptive needs
