Abstract

This research is motivated by the low awareness of taxi drivers as the target group in complying with the prevailing regulations. This can be seen from the indiscriminations of taxi drivers to fill the fuel on their vehicles using BBG because there is there is no sanction precedes a more assertive, making it less able to provide a deterrent effect for target groups that violate regulations. The purpose of this research is to know how the Implementation of Regulation of Mayor of Palembang Number 19 Year 2009onRegulationofGas Fuel (BBG) Use in Palembang City. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, whereas for data collection technique using the technique of in-depth interview, documentation, and observation. The discussion is directed to find out the actual facts of how the implementation of gas fuel policy (BBG) is implemented The results of this study indicate that the implementation of BBG related policies in Palembang City is has not been optimal. That is because there are two aspects that are still not maximized and less application. The three implementation variables are: Compliance Level, Functional Route Functionality, and Performance and Impact Expected, only the variable of Compliance Level is applied properly and fairly up by the related parties.
