Abstract

Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh kuman Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Kota Pangkalpinang merupakan salah satu kota yang menyumbang kasus tuberkulosis terbanyak di Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Tahun 2022, kasus terduga TBC ditemukan sebanyak 5.203 kasus, dengan kasus positif 472 kasus dan kasus yang diobati sebanyak 456 kasus dengan capaian standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) 43 %. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kondisi lingkungan fisik rumah dengan kejadian TB Paru di Kota Pangkalpinang. Metode. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain case control digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tehnik pengambilan sampel adalah stratified random sampling. Lokasi sampling 3(tiga) Puskesmas di Kota Pangkalpinang dengan kasus TB Paru tertinggi tahun 2021-2022. Sampel sebanyak 174 kasus terdiri dari kelompok kasus 58 sampel dan kelompok kontrol 116 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara luas ventilasi (p-value=0,000, OR=23,958), pencahayaan (p-value=0,000, OR=98,357), kelembaban (p-value=0,007, OR=1,160). Variabel yang dominan dengan kejadian TB Paru adalah pencahayaan (OR=98,357, 95% CI: 30,861-313,476). Kesimpulan faktor pencahayaan merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kejadian TB Paru di Kota Pangkalpinang, sedangkan faktor kelembaban, jenis dinding dan jenis lantai tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Saran agar responden menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari seperti mencuci tangan dengan sabun dan air bersih yang mengalir, tidak merokok di dalam rumah, membuka jendela dan pintu rumah setiap hari untuk memutus mata rantai penularan tuberkulosis.
