Abstract
Electricity is one of the energy needed at this time. The longer and more developed the era of electrical energy is the energy that is often used for human life. One of the uses of electrical energy can be seen in a factory or industry. Industry requires large amounts of electrical energy. Where is PT. Laju Perdana Indah is a large industrial factory that uses a large amount of electricity for sugar production, so it requires an audit and energy savings. There are 2 main methods used, namely the IKE method and the moving average method. This study uses python software to make it easier to process large amounts of data. The IKE method is based on 2 room criteria, namely air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned rooms, with the standards in SNI 6196: 2011. Based on the analysis results on the 2 existing room criteria, in non-air-conditioned rooms there are 3 rooms that fall into the category wasteful and these 3 rooms must be carried out an energy audit by reducing the lights used so that the rooms do not consume large amounts of electrical energy. In the air-conditioned room there are 9 rooms that fall into the category of wasteful, energy audits must be carried out in these 9 rooms by making savings, namely by changing the AC used to be lower, the TL lamps used can be replaced with lower power, and the use of computers that are wise. The prediction of electrical energy production at this factory is carried out with the periods 2020, 2021 and 2022 as the main basis and 2023, 2024 and 2025 to be searched for. The results obtained in 2023, 2024 and 2025 are 18346 kWh, 18388 kWh and 18413 kWh respectively.
