Abstract

PT Era Energi Mandiri (PT EEM) is a coal mining company which is administratively located in South Merapi, Lahat, South Sumatra. PT EEM has the obligation to reclaim disposal with an area of 77.48 ha. Based on the results of the study, the land arrangement used the Komatsu D85ESS bulldozer with a productivity of 53.81 BCM/hour and for 4,206.65 hours at a cost of Rp.4,560,771,431. Spreading of 309,920 m3 of top soil using a digging-loading tool in the form of a Komatsu PC 500 hydraulic excavator with a productivity of 404.46 BCM/hour, the means of transportation in the form of a HINO 700 ZS 4141 dumptruck with a productivity of 406.06 BCM/hour, and evicting equipment in the form of a Komatsu D85ESS bulldozer with a productivity of 53.81 BCM/hour for 5.736,15 hours with a total cost of IDR 8,027,850,854. Making drainage channels using a Komatsu PC 200 hydraulic excavator with a productivity of 97.92 BCM/hour for 139.66 hours at a cost of Rp.110,592,517. The handling of acid mine drainage is carried out once a month requiring 696,624 kg of quicklime at a cost of Rp.4,179,743,078. For revegetation, it was started by spreading 1,550 kg of Java beans as LCC, followed by planting 45,214 stems of acacia with a 6 x 3 meter pattern and planting 5,614 durians with a 12 x 12 meter pattern with a total cost of IDR 4,572,499,074. The reclamation plan success standard refers to the overall assessment of the reclamation area with certain standards, namely an area of 77.48 ha. The costs required to carry out this reclamation are direct costs of IDR 21,451,456,955 and indirect costs of IDR 4,484,427,076. With a total escalated total cost of IDR 31,220,106,564.
