Abstract

This study aims to measure the Effectiveness of CSR Program PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Central Producers Of Tofu And Tempe in Kalidoni district, describe the factors that affect the effectiveness of CSR Program PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Central Producers Of Tofu And Tempe in kalidoni district, and analyze the income of Producers Of Tofu And Tempe CSR PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Producers Of Tofu And Tempe in the Kalidoni district. This research was conducted in Kalidoni District, Bukit Sangkal Village. The method used in this research is survey method. The sample of this study is the entire population who follow CSR program from PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja are 30 people. The data collected in this research is primary data and secondary data. The results showed that results 6 indicators of measurement effectiveness CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Producers Of Tofu And Tempe as a whole is on the effective criteria with an average score of 23.17. Of the three factors that affect the effectiveness of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Producers Of Tofu And Tempe there are two namely, participants' knowledge and participants' education, while that doesn’t affect the effectiveness is perception participants. The income earned by Producers Of Tofu before partnering with PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Rp. . 160.893.049,- /year, while the income of the Producers Of Tofu after partnering with PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Rp 337.479.588,- . Producers Tempe income before partnering with PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Rp. 140.587.824,- /year, while Producers Of Tempe earnings after partnering with PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Rp 276.033.765,- .
