Abstract
Energy is the most needed thing in life, so humans try to find solutions by creating energy-producing tools. One example is by utilizing motorcycle footholds or pressure on speed bump which can be converted into electrical energy using a transducer in the form of a piezoelectric PZT. Piezoelectric produces low power, therefore the author adds or applies a boost converter which functions as a step up or voltage booster in which the prototype circuit is arranged in series and then compares the output in the form of voltage, current and power without a boost converter and using a boost converter. The output of the prototype is voltage and current AC which will be converted to voltage and current DC using a diode bridge. Based on the results of measurements and calculations using 6 types of total weight in the form of a combination of the weight of the motorbike and the rider's body weight, the largest output comes from the circuit using a boost converter at a total weight of 170 Kg with a voltage of 5.31 V and a current of 0.32 mA, so that the power produced by 13.535 × 10-4 Watt. And it can be concluded that the output produced is directly proportional to the weight of the motorbike and the weight of the rider.
