Abstract

This study aim, to determine the effectiveness of the human resources function in PT.PLN (Persero). To achieve the objectives, then used to compare the management audit, criteria, cause, and effect. This research is descriptive qualitative with the scope of the selection function and performance appraisal. The research found that : (l) The procedures are the functions of performance asscement has, yet been made in line with the policy detemined, (2) In the duties and responsibilities they are overlapping in the implementation process. (3) Follow-Up on irregularities by employees are not made soon. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the function of Human Resources in PT. PLN (Persero) yet totally effective because there are still some of the activities undertaken not in accordance with company procedures. for it has been granted the recommendations and suggestions for improvements that can be implemented to improve the effectiveness of the Human Resources founction in the PT.PLN (Persero).
