Abstract

This thesis background backs by not achieving target realization of development programs in the Desa Jajaran Baru Kecamatan Megang Sakti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. It can be seen from the lack of clean water, rural road infrastructure and health services that have not been felt by the people in the field result. The purpose of this study was to determine how the accountability of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Desa Jajaran Baru Kecamatan Megang Sakti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. This study uses qualitative descriptive method, whereas for data collection technique using the technique of in-depth interview, documentation and observation. These results indicate that the accountability of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in Desa Jajaran Baru Kecamatan Megang Sakti Kabupaten Musi Rawas accountability is not in accordance with the theory put forward by Haylar. That is because four dimensions of 6 dimensions as a benchmark for accountability theory itself is still not optimal. The need for surveillance more mature again on the government to be accountable or allocating funds to the Desa Jajaran Baru Kecamatan Megang Baru Kabupaten Musi Rawas running can be in accordance with the results and targets to be achieved, suggest to all the villagers that in each of all who deal with the funds to be participate in monitoring or each motion so as to reduce cases of corruption that could have been done by the elite and villagers to Improve education opportunities to get educated village government be great.
