Abstract

The addition of Indihome enthusiasts who will continue to grow is not proportional to the area or region that has been covered by the network indihome, because before deciding to subscribe Indihome package, the prospect must check the network, whether the residence area already available fiber optic network or not. In order to optimize network construction, telkom group should determine the priority of which region to build a new network. For that we need a decision support system which can calculate the supporting factors in determining the area that should be in the first lane of construction. This decision support system uses Profile matching method which is expected to assist the company in analyzing which district data of customer that have priority to do construction of Indihome network based on criteria existing in that area.
