Abstract

Human capital greatly influences the level of success in an organization. The factors that affect employee performance are external factors as well as internal factors including skills, abilities and knowledge. This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital on employee performance at PT Chao Long Motor Parts Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using research questionnaires. The total population is 220 employees in production section and the sample used in the research using the proportionate stratified random sampling method of 69 respondents. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of human capital on employee performance at PT Chao Long Motor Parts Indonesia.
