Abstract

The tittle of this study is “The Revenue of Restribution Section of The Licenses Of The Public Transportation In Palembang City On 2015” The purpose of this research is to know how the revenue of the restibution section of the licenses of the public transfortation in Palembang 2015. The type of researches of this paper is descriptive which is used by qualitative method. The kinds of data that have been used are primary and secondary data while the gathering technique of this paper are observation, interviewed, and documentation. This research was using the Revenue Theory by R. Soedargo that has four dimentions, such as ; Retribution subject, Retribution object, Retribution tariff, and the effectiveness of Retribution collections. Based on the study it was known that The Revenue of Restribution Section of The Licenses Of The Public Transportation In Palembang City On 2015 still small. It was happen because the subject of retribution hasnt upgrading their retribution licenses. While the standardization object of public transportation that couldnt be fulfilling by the owner of public transportation vehicles. And also from the effectivity of the recollection of retribution by the officer of collection had not been strict about the requirement of the standard of public transprtation vehicles or those who has no more licenses. This study was made to recommend to The City of transportation agencies of Palembang city to be more strict to control the those who has no licenses of retribution and giving a strict penalty so it will not happen again in the future.
