Abstract
One of the developments in information technology which is growing rapidly now is that the telephone devices are becoming smartphones. For the teenagers who like technology, smartphones have become the lifestyle of the people in the era of globalization. By making a JKN mobile application, it can facilitate public administration activities in handling JKN problems. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the quality of JKN mobile applications used by JKN participating students in South Sumatra obtained from: the level of system quality, quality of information and service quality. This research was a cross-sectional quantitative study. The research sample was JKN participant students domiciled in South Sumatra who had used the Mobile JKN application with the total of 228 participants. The sampling technique was carried out using an online questionnaire. The data analysis techniques were carried out univariately. The results of this study indicated that the quality of the system have optimal result (57,46%). The problems encountered are related to the indicators completed by the evaluation activities and system response times. On the quality of information the results have optimal result (60,53%). The problems encountered are related to the updated indicators information and sufficient & relevant information. Then, on the quality of services have optimal results (58,77%). The problems encountered are consistent indicators of service availability. The conclusion of this study was that the quality of JKN Mobile Applications seen from the quality of the system, thequality of the Information and the quality of services have optimal results. Suggestions from this study for BPJS Kesehatan are to improve network stability, improve service information, update the display and information in the JKN Mobile Application, conducting application socialization, and to develop service development.
