Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan (profitabilitas,leverage dan likuiditas), reputasi auditor dan opini audit terhadap peringkat obligasi pada perusahaan non-finance yang menerbitkan obligasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuntitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari tahun 2011-2018. Jumlah populasi ada 913 data. Cara pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang didapat berjumlah 265 data. Teknik analasis data yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi sedangkan profitabilitas, leverage, reputasi auditor, dan opini audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi.
