Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of constant price GDRP variables, minimum wage rates, inflation and investment to open unemployment rate, at Banten Province. The data used is secondary data from 2002 to 2021. The analysis technique uses a multiple linear regression approach to SPSS version 23 with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that simultaneously the GDRP variables of constant prices, wage rates, inflation and investment have a significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Banten Province in 2002-2021. Partially the minimum wage level has a significant influence on the open unemployment rate in Banten Province in 2002-2021. And GDRP Constant Prices, Inflation, and investment partially don't have significant effect on the open unemployment rate in Banten Province in 2002-2021.
