Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload on work stress of employees in the plantation section of PT Jaya Abadi Sriwijaya Palembang. The population in this study is employees in the plantation section at PT Jaya abadi Sriwijaya which amounts to 57 employees. This study used saturated sampling techniques. The data used in this study is primary data with data collection technique used is through questionnaries. The data analysis technique used is simple linier regression analysis. Based on the result of the study showed that the workload had a positive and significant effect on workstress of employees in the Plantation Section of PT Jaya Abadi Sriwijaya Palembang. Based on the aspects that have been studied, the company’s management should pay more attention to the workload because it can affect the work stress of the employees
