Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh akuntabilitas, partisipasi dan transparansi dana bos terhadap kinerja keuangan sekolah dasar negeri di Kota Palembang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan populasi seluruh bendahara keuangan Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kota Palembang sebanyak 251 orang, metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling maka penelitian menggunakan 72 orang sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan alat analisis yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas dan transparansi dana bos berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan sekolah dasar sedangkan partisipasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan sekolah dasar.
