Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh e service quality terhadap loyalitas konsumen aplikasi gojek pada mahsiswa di kota palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di kota Palembang yang menggunakan Gojek lebih dari 1 kali dengan menggunakan sampel yang berjumlah 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa e service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen aplikasi Gojek pada mahasiswa di kota Palembang.
