Abstract

This research entitled "Collaboration Management Center Integrated Services Empowerment of Women and Children in Palembang City. The background of this study is the high number of violence against women and children in Palembang City, as well as ineffective handling of cases of violence against women and children in Palembang City. This study aims to describe the existing collaboration management in Integrated Service Center for Women and Children Empowerment in Palembang City. This research is descriptive with qualitative method. The theory used in this research is Djuhendi Tadjudin's theory. There are three stages of P2TP2A management process that is Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study reveal that the process of management management collaboration that exists in P2TP2A Palembang City is running well. Collaboration model used is Jurisdiction Based Management Model. Of the three aspects are only aspects of evaluation that does not work while the other aspects are running well. For the evaluation aspect the members still do not have high participation to conduct evaluation in P2TP2A. This research suggested to Palembang City Government and P2TP2A of Palembang City to make strict and binding regulation to P2TP2A member.
