Abstract

This research is motivated by fires on forest and land occurring in Ogan Komering llir Regency massively in the year 2015 ago. This swdy aims to determine the lmplementation of Regent Regulation No. 23 of 2016 on Control of Forest and Land Fire Prevention in Ogan Komering ilir District. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques are conducted through in-depth0 interviews, documentation and observation. The theory used in this research is the Mazmanian and Paul.A Sabatier theory. where the implemenation of this policy can be seen from three dimensions. namely the easy or not controlled problems: the abiltry lo structure 1he implementation process; and factors outside the policy that effect the implementation. Based on the results of field research shows that the implementation of Regent Regulation No. 23 of 2016 on Control of Forest Fire Prevention and Land in the District Ogan Komering llir has been running, bul not maximally. The conclusion of this research is in the process of lmplementation of Regent Regulation No. 23 of 2016 on Forest and Land Fire Prevention Control in Ogan Komering llir Regency has been running, but lack of support from OJC community, so forest and land fire still exist. This research suggests that Bupati Regulation No. 23 of 2016 will continue to be implemented in the following year, improving infrastructure facilities more adequately. increasing extension and training to the community so that the local community plays an active role either as subject or policy object.
