Abstract

Skripsi ini dibuat untuk bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana strategi Humas PT KAI Divre Palembang dalam membangun citra positif di masyarakat.penelitian ini mengaplikasikan teori strategi Humas menurut Cutlip,Center Dan Broom, dimana Humas dalam tugasnya tidak hanya melakukan komunikasi saja tetapi juga memperhatikan strategi yang akan digunakan agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang ditentukan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengdeskripsikan strategi Humas dalam membangun citra positif berdasarkan elemen-elemen strategi Humas menurut Cutlip,Center Dan Broom yaitu menemukan fakta, perencanaan, mengkomunikasikan dan mengevaluasi Kata
