Abstract
The purpose of this research was to observe the Alkaloid levels, Phenol Levelss, protein profile and antioxidant activity of lotus seed (Nelumbo nucifera.this research method was carried out experimentally in a laboratory uses a complete randomized design (RAL) with different treatments of solvent concentrartion, A1 50%, A2 70% and A3 90%. Parameters of the test carried out included phytochemical analysis, protein pofile analysis with SDS-PAGE (Sodium Dodecyl Suplhate Polyacrlamid Gel Electrophoresis) method and antioxidant activity with DPPH (1,1-difenil-2-pikrihidrazil) method. The test results showed that the phytochemical screening there are chemical compounds detected such as alkaloid and phenols. The test result profile protein analysis showed different treatments of solvent concentration influential of the results protein bands. Antioxidant activity yielded IC50 A1 sample with antioxidant activity more higher than A2 and A3 Samples.
