Abstract

The development of information technology happen so fast. This is due to a lot of people who realize how important knowledge of information technology itself. A lot of impact that may be caused by the development of information technology in this, one of which is digital image forgery. Digital image forgery is the process of image manipulation to a picture with the intent and purpose to do the resizing, removing the object, change the lighting and others. Manipulation of Copy-moved is the process of manipulating the image by way of copy and move objects on one image (two objects). This research aims to examine and analyze the methods of the discrete wavelet transform (Daubechies wavelet) in the detection of copy-moved manipulation using 8 x 8 blocks. The results of the test data indicate the degree of accuracy achieved 90% of 20 data that has been collected, though in some of the tests did not showed perfect results, but still indicates that the object is the manipulation of copy-moved.
