Abstract

Obesitas adalah keadaan dimana berat badan seseorang lebih dari berat badan ideal yang disebabkan oleh penumpukan lemak didalam tubuh. Secara global pada periode 2012-2016 prevalensi obesitas meningkat sebesar 1,3%. Di Indonesia pada periode 2007-2018 prevalensi obesitas pada orang dewasa meningkat sebesar 11,3% dan pada tahun 2018 prevalensi obesitas sebesar 21,8 % (Riskesdas, 2018). Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder IFLS tahun 2014 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas pada penduduk usia produktif (15-64 tahun). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Analisis data menggunakan complex sample yang terjadi dari 3 tahap yaitu univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 9080 responden yang diteliti diperoleh prevalensi kejadian obesitas sebesar 18,9 % atau sebanyak 1714 responden. Hasil dari analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian obesitas (p-value=0,000). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa (PR=1,155, (95% CI 1,046-1,275). Hal tersebut berarti responden yang kurang melakukan aktifitas fisik berisiko 1,155 kali lebih tinggi untuk mengalami obesitas setelah dikontrol oleh variabel daerah tempat tinggal dan pendapatan keluarga.
