Abstract

This essay contains the analysis of the Steel bridge structure calculations where its frame types such as Steel pipe arch. For structural analysis, the data are used in the existing bridge and on this report, are modified the existing bridge as an alternative plan. Bridge modification use existing planning data such as slab roads dimension, loading value and others. For bridge dimension such as bridge spans dimensions and width of bridges, adapted to the existing. As a guideline calculation are usedSNI T-02-2005, SNIT-03-2005, and PPBBI-1984-2. Modeling, analysis and design of arch bridge with Steel pipes are used SAP2000 Software version J 4.0 to obtain the forces acting on the arch structure modeling and continued checking safety ratio. The r e suit s for max forces working then are taken to calculate the forceful requirements on the profile. Profiles were calculated and taken most of the max force are stringer girder, cross beam girder, girder edge, and the main structures. The results of the analysis are showed that the existing bridge use Steel volume more than the bridge modifications. Bridges that have been modified also has qualified from the strength and safety standards according to SNI codes. For max ratio at the right sight on the Steel arch of the largest is owned by the Al frame part where the frame is received wind suction and the rate safety ratio value is 0.522597. For arch for the left sight, max safety ratio of the largest owned by BI frame where the frame receive tap wind/brass and the rate ratio value is 0.531187. It can be concluded that the modified bridge use less Steel and for strength and safety has been qualified.
