Abstract

Providing good public services is the responsibility of all parties involved in providing optimal service activities at the Multimedia and Game Programming Laboratory, Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwijaya University. The services provided by the Multimedia Laboratory still use a manual method. Such as for providing information on laboratory schedules, using laboratories for teaching and learning activities, submitting laboratory free certificates and disseminating training information using the method of spreading through WhatsApp Groups and Social Media Accounts. This problem can be overcome by building an information system that can help provide good service for the Multimedia and Game Programming Laboratory, Faculty of Computer Science, Sriwjaya University. This information system was built using the waterfall method which consists of several stages used. The result of this research is a website that provides information on the services provided by the Multimedia Laboratory.
