Abstract

Invasive breast carcinoma of no special type (ICNST) merupakan jenis karsinoma payudara invasif yang paling banyak terdiagnosis. Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2) dapat menstimulasi transkripsi inti sel secara abnormal sehingga menyebabkan karsinogenesis pada jaringan payudara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara ekspresi HER2 terhadap klinikopatologi ICNST. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional menggunakan data sekunder berupa rekam medis pasien ICNST di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang periode 2020-2022. Ekspresi HER2 dihubungkan dengan usia, stadium klinis, dan derajat histopatologi yang dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji chi-square dan fisher’s exact menggunakan SPSS. 68 sampel diperoleh dalam penelitian ini. Mayoritas pasien ICNST adalah perempuan berusia 51-60 tahun (33,8%), terdiagnosis pada stadium III (39,7%), dengan derajat histopatologi grade III (61,8%), dan ekspresi HER2 terbanyak adalah negatif (57,4%). Subtipe terbanyak yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Luminal B (66,2%), diikuti dengan HER2-enriched (16,2%), Luminal A (13,2%), dan Triple Negative (4,4%). Penelitian ini menemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara HER2 dengan stadium klinis ICNST (p value <0,05), dan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara HER2 dengan usia dan derajat histopatologi (p value >0,05). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara HER2 dengan stadium klinis, dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara HER2 dengan usia dan derajat histopatologi.
