Abstract

This research was conducted to know, identify and analyze the impact of the Family Hope Program in the Kumpeh Ulu District of Muaro Jambi Regency. This research was blasted by the problem of poverty which is still high in the District of Kumpeh Ulu. The theory used by the researchers is the theory of impact according to Waralah Rd Cristo, there are two dimensions: positive impact and negative impact. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The process of data collection is carried out through interviews, documentation, and observations. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Kumpeh Ulu District achieves its objectives in terms of the value of the Human Development Index and the gini ratio; provide a positive impact on the Beneficiary Families from the economic, social and environmental aspects; and have a positive impact on the Implementing Institution from the aspects of resources, coordination, legitimacy, and complaint mechanisms; but there are obstacles in the aspect of program implementation.
