Abstract

The research is motivate by some uncompleled gua1 of good providr for business activity of Putak Jaya 's vilage--0wned enterprise, then The fund of village-owned enterpreise disbursement process is delayed. not achieve the Putak Jaya ·s village--0wned enterperise revenue target, and also there is something missed in delegating process to arrange The Budget Plan in Putak Village. Gelumbang, Muara Enim in 2017. The research method which is used in this tJhesis qualitative method The data collection technique is done by in-depth interview, and documentation. Ahmad yani 's Theory is pressing on three dimensions to measure financial management so that the process of finanacial management is done well. The dimensions are planing and budgeting,implemention and administration, and accountabilities. The result of this reseacrh is shown that the planing and budgeting process were done well, in other hand the implementation and administration process also accontability process were done badly. The conclusion of this research is the management of the village-owned enterprise fund does not work well. the recomendation in this thesis for village government in Putak Village and the staff who manage the village-owned enterprise are needed : (1) arranging mothly income target, (2) make the connection between the realization of fund report and physical evidence such as the goods or the event,(3) arranging the accontability report of village--0wned enterprise activities, (4) putak village goverment have to village meeting one six months to clarify the barriers to disbursement to village-owned erteprise.
