Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk : (1) Menghitung dan menganalisis harga pokok padi sawah irigasi di Kecamatan Tanjung Agung Kabupaten Muara Enim. (2) Menganalisis faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi harga pokok padi sawah irigasi petani padi di Kecamatan Tanjung Agung Kabupaten Muara Enim. (3) Membandingkan pendapatan petani padi sawah irigasi di Desa dekat pusat kecamatan dan daerah pedalaman di Kecamatan Tanjung Agung Kabupaten Muara Enim. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tanjung Agung Kabupaten Muara Enim. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive sampling), dengan metode survei. Pelaksanaan pengambilan data penelitian dilaksanakan pada September 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukan harga pokok padi sawah irigasi secara matematis pada petani di Desa Tanjung Agung yaitu Rp. 1.740,74,- sedangkan pada petani di Desa Pagar Dewa yaitu Rp. 1.531,24,-. Faktor – factor yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga pokok padi di Kecamatan Tanjung Agung yaitu luas lahan, biaya pupuk dan biaya tenaga kerja, dan faktor yang tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap harga pokok yaitu biaya benih, biaya pestisida, hari orang kerja (HOK) dan umur petani. Pendapatan usahatani padi petani di Desa Tanjung Agung per hektar per tahun yaitu Rp.7.909.709,- sedangkan petani di Desa Pagar Dewa yaitu Rp.7.576.547,- . Secara statistik tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pendapatan usahatani petani di kedua lapisan sample tersebut.
