Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Trichoderma sp. terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan berupa aplikasi tiga jenis Trichoderma sp. yaitu Trichoderma sp 1, Trichoderma sp 2 dan Trichoderma sp 3 dengan dosis P0 (0 gram), P1 (5 gram), P2 (10 gram), P3 (15 gram), P4 (20 gram). Data penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis sidik ragam dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT dan BJND. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis 15 gram merupakan perlakuan dengan rata-rata terbaik dari tiga jenis Trichoderma sp yang diaplikasikan pada tanaman selada, dengan rata-rata jumlah daun 17,4 helai, berat basah tanaman 22,906 gram, berat basah taruk 19,984 gram, berat basah akar 3,122 gram, dan panjang akar 13,48 cm pada Trichoderma sp 1. Trichoderma sp 2 rata- rata jumlah daun 16,8 helai, berat basah tanaman 22,294 gram, berat basah taruk 19,502 gram, berat basah akar 2,792 gram, dan panjang akar 13,12 cm. Trichoderma sp 3 rata-rata jumlah daun 14,138 helai, berat basah tanaman 16,558 gram, berat basah taruk 13,552 gram, berat basah akar 3,006 gram, dan panjang akar 13 cm. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah perlakuan A3, B3, C3 dengan dosis 15 gram berpengaruh sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan semua parameter pertumbuhan tanaman selada. Hasil penelitian ini disumbangkan dalam bentuk LKPD pada pembelajaran Biologi SMA kelas XII KD 3.1 materi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan.
