Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas three tier diagnostic test materi reproduksi sel pada peserta didik SMA dan untuk mengetahui profil miskonsepsi pada peserta didik SMA di Kota Martapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan dari Treagust yang memiliki 3 langkah utama yaitu pendefisian konten, perolehan informasi miskonsepsi dan pengembangan instrumen diagnostic test. Materi reproduksi sel yang dikembang menggunakan buku Campbell. Instrumen three tier diagnostic test disusun dalam bentuk pilihan ganda yang dilengkapi dengan CRI. Instrumen three tier divalidasi oleh 5 validator dengan menggunakan CVR dan mendapatkan nilai 1 yang menunjukkan bahwa instrumen three tier diagnostic test valid dan relevan untuk mengeksplaniskan miskonsepsi. Uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan rumus KR-20 dan mendapatkan hasil sebesar 0,80 dan 0,84. Dari hasil uji coba miskonsepsi pada tiap submateri dengan presentase miskonsepsi yang berbeda, yaitu 34,70% pada pembelahan mitosis, 42,37% pada interfase, 51,16% pada pembelahan meiosis, 58,89% pada subfase profase I, dan 56,77% pada pembelahan amitosis.
