Abstract

Tidal wetlands is water-saturated soil. In the tidal wetlands also be microorganisms perombak organic matter such as bacteria and fungi that can improve soil chemical organic material remodel pH, C-organic, total N, P-available and exchangeable K. The microorganism is one of the main factors affecting soil fertility, plant growth largely out of the role of soil microorganisms. Tidal land is divided into four type of land overflow that are A, B, C and D. where each type of landfall has different water flows that affect the number of microbial populations in the soil. This research studies the exploration of microorganisms in the tidal area on four types of overflow. The research was conducted in wetlands tidal integrated city indepedently Telang district of Tanjung Lago District Banyuasin and in the laboratory of Chemistry, Biology and Fertility of Land, Department of Soil Science, Agriculture of Faculty, University of Sriwijaya. Soil sampling and research begins in the month October 2016 to may 2017. The relationship between the population of microorganisms with chemical material remodel such as pH, C-organic, N-total, Pavailable and exchangeable K can be is known by doing a regression and correlation using Statistical Package for the Sosial Sciences (SPSS). Parameters observed that the effect of soil chemical properties against microbes and chemical properties of the soil close relationship with a wide range of soil microbial communities. The relationship between microorganisms and chemical properties soil pH, organic C, Total N, P-available and exchangeable K a negative relationship because the soil in tidal swamp land is less fertile soil. Most microorganisms found in soil type overflow D
