Abstract

The very rapid growth of internet use affects various aspects and lifestyles in society, one of which is the presence of online transportation services. In Indonesia itself, there are several companies that provide online transportation services that are quite well-known and widely used for their services, one of which is the Maxim application. When viewed from the rating on the Google Playstore, the Maxim application has a rating of 4.8 with most reviews having a value of 4-5 which means it is quite good, but there are several reviews with ratings 1 and 2 which complain about the user experience when using the Maxim application. The Maxim application was chosen as the object of research because even though the Maxim application has a rating of 4.8, there are still negative reviews from users regarding user experience or usability, and there are opportunities to increase the Maxim application rating to 5, so an evaluation of the user experience and usability of the application is needed. Maxim. This study aims to evaluate the user experience of the maxim application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Benchmark results from the UEQ aspect show that the aspects of attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty score Good, while the perspicuity aspect scores above the average (Above Average). The usability measurement of the Maxim application using the SUS method yields a value of 76.87 so that the Maxim application is grade C in the good category with a good level of application acceptance (acceptable) in the community.
