Abstract

UMKM Kembang Mekar is the only UMKM that processes pineapples into dodol in Seri Kembang I Village, Payaraman Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency. The aims of this study were: (1) Describe the profile of UMKM processing pineapple into dodol in UMKM Kembang Mekar Seri Kembang I Village Payaraman Subdistrict Ogan Ilir Regency, (2) Analyzing how much income there is from the pineapple processing business into dodol in UMKM Kembang Mekar Seri Kembang I Village Payaraman Subdistrict Ogan Ilir Regency, (3) Analyzing added value from the pineapple processing business into dodol in UMKM Kembang Mekar Seri Kembang I Village Payaraman Subdistrict Ogan Ilir Regency. The study was conducted in March 2023 in Seri Kembang I Village Payaraman Subdistrict Ogan Ilir Regency. The method used in this study is the case study method, the sampling method in this study is the purposive sampling method that is sampling technique by determining special characteristics that are in accordance with the research objectives and are considered representative of the population. The data collected in this research was primary data and secondary data. The result of this study show that: (1) The pineapple dodol business has been established since 2013 until now, which means it has been around 10 years, (2) The income earned by UMKM Kembang Mekar is Rp. 1,085,074 per month, (3) The added value obtained from processing pineapples into pineapple dodol is Rp.23.182 per kg with an added value ratio of 80.49 percent and based on the value added level criteria, this pineapple dodol is included in the high criteria.
