Abstract

Manusia adalah sebagai makhluk sosial, yakni mereka yang membutuhkan komunikasi dan membentuk hubungan kepada orang lain. Sebagai entitas sosial, seseorang perlu berinteraksi terhadap individu dan kelompok dalam rangka memperkaya dan melewati masa kehidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan hubungan konsep diri dengan interaksi sosial pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan Konseling Angkatan 2019 FKIP Universitas Sriwijaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional, dengan populasi adalah seluruh kelas Bimbingan dan Konseling 2019 jumlah 80 Mahasiswa dan teknik penarikan sampling jenuh jumlah sampel 80 Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui Skala psikologis dengan Likert, Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi product moment, diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara konsep diri dan interaksi sosial (rhitung) sebesar 0,627. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan ketentuan apabila rhitung > rtabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan sebaliknya jika rhitung < rtabel maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak. Dengan taraf signifikasi 5% diperoleh rtabel sebesar 0,219. Sehingga dalam uji hipotesis didapatkan 0,627 > 0,219 (rhitung > rtabel) yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, ini berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara konsep diri dan interaksi sosial pada Mahasiswa Program Bimbingan dan Konseling 2019 Universitas Sriwijaya
