Abstract

This rescarch aims to identify the efforts made by the Plaju Sub-District Government to ensure the sustainability development of the Tegur Sapa program. The research adopts a qualitative approach to gain a deeper understanding of the implemented efforts and the resulting impacts of the program. The informants for this research consist of the Plaju Sub-District Head, the Head of Community Empowerment Section in Plaju Sub-District, and several UMKM owners registered in the Tegur Sapa program. Through in-depth interviews and document analysis, this research will explore the strategies employed by the Plaju Sub-District Government in implementing the Tegur Sapa program to address unemployment and support UMKM during the pandemic. Additionally, this research will examine how these efforts contribute to sustainability development, taking into account economic, social, and environmental aspects.
