Abstract

This research entitled is "The influence of integrated marketing communication on Go-jek online transportation service towards consumer loyalty among students of the social sciences and political science of Sriwijaya University Palembang campus force 2016-2018". The study aims to find out wether there is influence of integrated marketing communication on consumer loyalty and how much that influence had given. This research applied quantitative methods with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and explanatory techniques using simple linear regression analysis. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 95 respondent of college students the social science and political sciences of Sriwijaya University Palembang campus force 2016-2018 with purpose sampling technique. The results of the research show that integrated marketing communication variable has a significant influence on the variable of consumer loyalty. The results are known from testing the hypothesis that talc is greater than ttable where t talc 5,365>ttable 1,988 which means there is and influence of integrated marketing communication to consumer loyalty, and the influence given is 25,5% where the rest is influenced by other factors. The linear regression fitted model obtained is y = 12,390 + 0,206x which means that every addition to one value of integrated marketing communication gives an increase in value of 12,390 to consumer loyalty.
