Abstract

The study's findings are (1) Analysis of Gandus Agrowisata Park development strategies set to be re-revised." (2) financial and non-fiscal coverage of the TAG was conducted from November to December: 2022 Metode of deliberate replication using case study methods. The data used are primary data and sckunder data. The result of this research, can be concluded: (1) The strategy that Gandus Agrowisata Park must immediately implement is that the denean takes advantage of the unruly fabric of overcoming the threat of the existential threat. (2) Agrowsata Gandus Park with a projected life of 6 years obtains value of NPV Rp 94.753.415, IRR 25 percent, NetB/C 2, payback periode will be release in 3 years (2026) and this business is feasible based on feasibility analysis.
