Abstract

This study aims to find out the incerease especially thr result of circuit training, therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of circuit training on physical fitness in male futsal arsenio athletes. This research is a quantitative study that used an ex sperimentale quasy research design (pseudoexperiment). This study used a pre-exsperimental research design with on group pretest posttes design. The treatment was judged based on the results of a comparison between the pretest and the posttest . The results of the study from 15 data sampels taken on the male futsal arsenio athletes. From the pretest data, the highway score was obtained at 19, curve at 0.02. From the posttest data, the highest score was 23, the lowest score was 19, the resistance was 4, the average was 21,3, the standard deviation was 35,12 and the curve slope was 0,01. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of circuit training on the results oh physical fitness in male futsal arsenio athletes with a i count of 3,461 t table 2,131, significance value 0.000 0.05 and with a precentage An incerrase of 32,3%. So it can be conclued that there is of circuit training on the physical fitness results of male futsal arsenio athletes.
