Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Peran Hubungan Masyarakat PT Pegadaian Kanwil III Palembang Dalam Pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility Melalui Program The Gade Clean And Gold Bank Sampah Sakura”. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teori peran humas dari Rosady Ruslan dan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti mengemukakan bahwa peran humas dalam kegiatan CSR ini telah memenuhi 4 dimensi dari teori peran humas yakni communicator, relationship, back up management dan good image maker serta dapat mencapai keberhasilan peran humas dari program CSR The Gade Clean And Gold Bank Sampah Sakura. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menemukan kekurangan yang ada pada peran humas dalam program CSR ini, diantaranya informasi yang disampaikan kepada masyarakat melalui pertemuan secara langsung masih belum dilaksanakan sehingga masih ditemukan beberapa masyarakat yang masih belum mengetahui secara detail kegiatan The Gade Clean and Gold di Bank Sampah Sakura dan humas hanya berfokus pada back up management sebagai media promosi dan publikasi secara online, hanya melakukan pemantauan yang terfokus pada jumlah akhir pencapaian dan tidak terfokus untuk membenahi isu kurangnya komunikasi secara langsung yang menimbulkan permasalahan kurangnya peningkatan nasabah tabungan emas melalui program CSR ini. Kata Kunci: Peran Humas, Program Corporate Social Responsibility
