Abstract

Investment Department and Integrated Licensing One Door i.r the .rupporting element of government duty in the field of licensing and investment services. Progress of an institution such as DPM-PTSP Lubuklinggau City is detenninedfrom the perfonnance and effectivene.fs of employees in carrying out their duties. One type of licensing in DPMl'TSI' Lubuklinggau city is Company Registration Certificate (/VP). There are many errors in writing date in the archive of the incoming file for the issuance of TDP permit and TDP permit files issued and the discrepane,y of the time of issuance of TDP pennit with the lime set So, the researchers are interested in conducting research entitled "Performance of Civil State Apparatus ( ASN) Business Licensing Division at the Capital Investment and Licensing Service One Door of lubuk/inggau City (Study on Company Registration Ccrt/(icate (FDP)) ". The purpose of this study is to know the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the business licensing field al the Investment Department and Integrated Licensing of One Door of Luhuklinggau City in the issuance of the Company Registration Certificate (]'DP). The method used is quantitative descriptive method. This study uses 1'.R Mitchell theory measured in five dimensions of employee performance that is work quality, communication, speed or timeliness, ability, and initiative. The conclusion of this research is that the Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the J)e/d of business licensing at the Investment Department and Integrated Licensing One Door of lubuklinggau city in the issuance of TDP license has not been good because of the five dimensions of performance measurement according to T.R Mitchell there are two dimensions that have not run with good. The researcher's suggestion is for the ability of the employee to manage the archive of the incoming file for TDP permit and the file of permit issued mu.st be further enhanced in order to avoid any errors in the calendar in the TDP permit file. In addition communication between superiors and .whordinates. between fellow employees,. and between employees with the public who take care TDP permit feller should be increased again so that the process of issuing TDP permit can run with the maximum.
