Abstract

PT Tempirai Palm Resources merupakan salah satu Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit yang ada di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Ogan Komering Ilir sering terjadi kebakaran lahan yang disebabkan karena sebagian besar daerah nya adalah gambut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ketebalan gambut dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik yang kemudian akan dilakukan pengeboran untuk memvalidasi hasil data geolistriknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode 2 dimensi konfigurasi wenner yang dilakukan pada 4 lintasan sepanjang 50 meter. Hasil data geolistrik setiap lintasan menunjukkan bahwa gambut berada dikedalaman mulai dari 0,5-3 meter. Untuk nilai resistivitas semua lintasan didapat nilai resistivitas terendah 6,98 Ωm sedangkan nilai resistivitas tertinggi 9661 Ωm. Untuk hasil pengeboran pada masing-masing titik lintasan didapat ketebalan gambut 3-4 meter. Litologi bawah permukaan pada lokasi penelitian teridiri dari tanah gambut, lempung dan batu pasir
