Abstract

An integrated farming activity is basically to increase the income of farmers so that they can meet the needs of the whole family and also to improve the welfare of farmers. Several important aspects of welfare are income, because household welfare depends on the level of income. The main goal of farmers in carrying out farming activities is to obtain high production at low costs. Low productivity is still a major problem in lowland rice farming, caused by the lack of application of cultivation technology that has been notified, for example the use of seeds, fertilizers, the environment, socio-economic conditions and farmer institutions and the use of water that is less regular.The aims of this study were to: 1) analyze the factors influencing the production of lebak swamp rice in Soak Batok Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. 2) Calculating the income of lebak swamp rice farmers in Soak Batok Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This research was conducted in Soak Batok Village, Ogan Ilir District. Data collection was carried out in September 2022. The research method used is a survey method with the sampling method used is the purposive sampling method. While the data collected in this study comes from primary data and secondary data. The results of this study are: 1) The average income earned by lebak swamp rice farmers in Soak Batok Village is Rp14.615.438 per cultivated area per year with an income level (R/C ratio) obtained of 3,82 > 1. 2) Production factors that significantly influence rice production in Soak Batok Village using the t test are urea fertilizer , the factors that do not significantly affect rice production are land area, seeds, labor, NPK fertilizer, and pesticides. Whereas if using the f test the factors of production such as land area, seeds, labor, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, and pesticides have a significant effect on rice production. keywords: factors of production, income, production
